Meet the Team

Miss Sarah's history in childcare first began with working in a daycare! She worked for a local daycare for about four years in-between college courses and through the summers. Through this opportunity, she was sparked to open her own facility. She followed working in a daycare by spending a year substitute teaching in a local school district and spent her summers planning and managing a summer camp. She then moved on to her most recent and well-loved position of being a lead-teacher in a classroom through Luzerne County Head Start for . four years.

 

With excitement, experience and understanding of the foundational need for early care and education within our community, we're thrilled to be able to provide a safe and nurturing space at The Growing Patch Early Learning Center!
